Night Market Adventures! 🌃

#nightmarket#streetfood#culture#local#food

Chinese night markets are where the magic happens! The colors, sounds, smells, and energy are absolutely incredible. This photo is from a night market in Taipei, but I've been exploring similar markets across mainland China.

Here's what you can expect:

🌃 Street food EVERYWHERE - from stinky tofu to fresh fruit

🌃 Incredible neon signs and colorful lighting

🌃 Local vendors selling everything imaginable

🌃 The most authentic local experience you can get

🌃 Prices that won't break your budget

My favorite finds:

- Bubble tea with toppings I'd never heard of

- Grilled squid that was life-changing

- Hand-pulled noodles made fresh in front of you

- Fruit that's perfectly ripe and sweet

The best part? Night markets usually open around 5-6pm and go until midnight or later. It's where locals come to eat, shop, and socialize after work.

Pro tip: Come hungry and with an open mind! Some of the best food comes from the most humble-looking stalls.
